City where Prince of Wales spent his vacation, Republic which was the first to establish diplomatic relatios with USA. It had city sanitation facilities ahead of Pariz and London... and Richard The Lionhearted gave the money for the construction of tow cathedral. Dubrovnik is a small place and its a miracle that it has so many wonderfull sights. A city of merchants and skillfull diplomats which will enchant you with its cultural treasure. While Ruđer Bošković wrote his works on physics, royalty strolled on Stradun. Only the names were changed royalty and internation jet-set preserved the habbit of vacationing in Dubrovnik.
